Zamborin Games (“we”, “us”, or “the site”) operates zamborin.com and the small browser games hosted on it. This page explains what information we collect, how it’s used, and the choices you have.
What we collect ourselves
Nothing personal. We don’t ask you to sign up, log in, or share any identifying information to play. Your high score and a few game preferences are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) — they never leave your device.
Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)
We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to deliver ads that are relevant to you, measure their effectiveness, and prevent fraud. The cookies they set may include identifiers that allow ads to be personalised based on your visits to this and other websites over time.
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown a consent banner the first time they visit. You can choose to consent, not consent, or manage your individual options. Your choice is stored in a cookie so we don’t prompt again every visit.

Analytics
We don’t currently run any analytics tracking. If we add one in future, this page will be updated to disclose it.

The site is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, please contact us and we will remove it.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you’re in a jurisdiction that grants data-protection rights (the EU/EEA, UK, California, etc.), you have the right to ask what information about you we hold, request a copy, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Since we don’t collect personal information ourselves, requests of this kind generally need to be directed at Google as the advertising partner. Use Google’s Ads Settings for the ad-personalisation aspect.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to how data is handled on Zamborin Games, we’ll update this page and bump the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
